Ericka Young-Melber is an entrepreneur, community leader, and CEO of Young's Moving Service — Arkansas's only 100% woman-owned moving company, built debt-free from the ground up starting when Ericka was just 17. She also owns and co-founded Prepped and Placed and Genesis Six Properties, and created Ignite Collective to build the same kind of network for other ambitious women.

Ericka is CEO of Young's Moving Service, an award-winning company she built from the ground up after starting her business journey at just 17 years old. Today, Young's is Arkansas's only 100% woman-owned moving company, operating debt-free while delivering residential, commercial, local, and long-distance moving services with excellence and integrity.
Under her leadership, the company has earned Best of the Best for eight consecutive years, a Top 30 Leaders Under 30 honor, and recognition as a Top Family Business in Northwest Arkansas. Beyond Young's, Ericka owns and co-founded Prepped and Placed and Genesis Six Properties, expanding her impact across business development, community empowerment, and service-based industries throughout Northwest Arkansas.
A devoted wife and mother of six, Ericka is passionate about serving the community and building strong networks of women who uplift, empower, and lead together — which is what led her to build Ignite Collective.
