Alex Fittin is the founder and coach of Enneagram Alex, where she helps people understand themselves and each other more deeply through the lens of the Enneagram. Her work centers on self awareness and what it looks like to live fully into who we are, becoming more of ourselves rather than less. Outside of her work, Alex is a wife and mom of four, through both biology and adoption, and has called Northwest Arkansas home for almost 20 years. She's an avid reader and an unapologetic people-person, always drawn to a good book and an even better conversation.

Owner and Founder of The Organizer Chicks, Amber Taggard is an Organization and Productivity Expert, speaker, and author. She holds a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health, and is passionate about using her counseling psychology background to help people improve their mental and emotional health by creating peaceful and productive physical spaces. Professional highlights for her include being a contributor to Forbes, giving a TED Talk, and being a Better Business Bureau “Torch Award for Ethics” winner. She is also the Winner of Season 5 of “The Blox” – the world’s largest live-in reality TV show for entrepreneurs, which can be seen on Prime, and has returned as a Judge and Mentor for Seasons 13, 17, and 21. Amber is a mother of 4 incredibly fun kids, enjoys taking on a crafting project every now and then, and the author of “Bless and Release: A 30-Day Guided Journal for Letting Go of Clutter and Creating Space for What Matters Most.”

Antonia Elliott-Bush is a relationship-driven entrepreneur and community connector who believes people are at the heart of everything worth building. After 15+ years in banking, she moved into entrepreneurship and business development, and today co-founds and owns Rooted Health Advisors, helping individuals, families, and business owners navigate their health coverage. She also serves as Sales Manager for Sparkle Squad of Northwest Arkansas, focused on building genuine relationships and partnerships. Deeply involved in the NWA business community, Antonia’s approach is simple: care deeply, be authentic, and leave people better than you found them.

Ericka Young-Melber is an entrepreneur, community leader, and CEO of Young’s Moving Service, an award-winning company she built from the ground up after beginning her business journey at just 17 years old. Today, Young’s is recognized as Arkansas’s only 100% woman-owned moving company, proudly operating debt-free and delivering trusted residential, commercial, local, and long-distance moving services with excellence and integrity. Jessica Hillman is a financial planner, community builder, and champion for whole, intentional living. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional, she helps individuals and families look beyond simply accumulating more and consider what their money is ultimately for — a mission she carries out through Do Wealth Different. Her passion for wholeness also led her to found Restoration Village, a developing nonprofit rooted in the belief that restoration begins when people are given space, time, and permission to pause. Jessica and her husband, David, have been married for more than 22 years and have three children; when she’s not working or serving, she’s happiest outdoors — hiking, biking, boating, or working around her ranch.

Sami Kinnison is a communication coach, workshop facilitator, and co-founder of Be Freaking Awesome, a leadership development brand she built alongside her mother, Angela Belford. She helps leaders and entrepreneurs adopt new tools — AI included — without losing the thing that actually makes them worth listening to: their voice. After years inside The Belford Group coaching leaders on communication and serving as Associate Creative Director, she now works at the intersection of communication, nervous system regulation, and resilience, helping leaders use AI to amplify their voice, never replace it.
